Problem: Starting with a deep dive into the current state, Alexander Group’s leadership team agreed that it was time for a makeover – of the identity kind. Their website and collateral did not project the professional image that this leading sales management consulting firm was looking for. Behind the scenes, they knew that a measurable marketing operations process would help them know what was really working, but lacked a centralized corporate marketing discipline. Alexander Group is busy doing what they do best, guiding the world’s largest sales organizations on the quest for revenue growth and profit. They needed some expert guidance to evaluate options, prioritize initiatives and implement new processes in their marketing department.

Solution: From identity and collateral redesign and launch we quickly moved into the creation of a new website, complete with CRM integration. ClearEdge helped implement an email tool that integrates with the CRM system. We started monitoring web analytics, created marketing effectiveness metrics and designed a dashboard reporting view for the executive team. We’re now well into a digital content strategy and IP initiative and have implemented a post project review process with customer feedback survey and case study development. Alexander Group believes so much in the outcome of our marketing services work, they have dedicated a full time resource to marketing operations.

Impact: Website traffic has grown by double digits, goal completion for collateral downloads and event registration is climbing and Alexander Group is seeing some website lead conversions to real revenue.
